MOBILE APP ACCESS
Subscription Information
Individual inspectors can maintain mobile access with a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the Quandamn NSPIRE App.
What an individual subscription includes
- Access to the Quandamn NSPIRE mobile inspection workflow while the subscription remains active.
- NSPIRE, NSPIRE-V, and supported program-specific inspection tools available to the account.
- Local drafts, inspection photographs, report generation, sharing, and eligible organization delivery features.
- Marketplace and professional-profile functionality when the inspector is eligible and has opted in.
- Ongoing app updates and subscription-entitlement restoration across eligible devices using the same account and app-store purchase.
Thirty-day trial
An eligible inspector account without an active organization license or individual subscription receives one server-recorded 30-day trial. The trial begins when mobile access is first activated. Reinstalling the App or changing devices does not restart it. This App-managed trial is separate from any introductory offer that Apple or Google may display.
Monthly and yearly plans
The App displays the current price and billing period immediately before purchase. Prices, taxes, currency, and availability are controlled by the user's Apple App Store or Google Play storefront. Quandamn does not collect the app-store customer's full payment-card number.
A monthly plan renews each month and a yearly plan renews each year unless cancelled. The selected store charges the user's store account when the purchase is confirmed.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the applicable store before the end of the current billing period. Apple customers can manage or cancel from Apple subscription settings. Google Play customers can manage or cancel from Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting a Quandamn account or uninstalling the App does not cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel it separately in the store to prevent future renewals. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current subscription period, subject to the applicable store's terms.
Restore purchases
Use Settings → Manage subscription → Restore purchases in the mobile App when an eligible Apple or Google purchase is not recognized. Sign in to the same Quandamn account and the same app-store account used for the purchase.
Organization-issued access
A PHA, employer, or contractor organization may assign a mobile license to an inspector. Organization-issued access is a business entitlement controlled by that organization and is not an individual app-store subscription. If the organization revokes or lets its license expire, the inspector may continue through an eligible individual trial or purchase an individual plan in the App.
Changes, refunds, and billing questions
Quandamn may change future subscription pricing or included services subject to app-store rules and required notice. Apple and Google process app-store payments and refund requests under their respective policies. Contact Quandamn Support for an entitlement problem after confirming the store purchase status.
Terms and privacy
Use of the App is subject to the applicable app-store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Review the Quandamn Privacy Policy for information about account, inspection, location, photograph, subscription, and report data.
