HELP & CONTACT
Quandamn NSPIRE Support
Get help with account access, inspections, report delivery, organization licenses, or mobile subscriptions.
Contact support
Email is the primary support channel. Include the account email, device model, operating-system version, and a concise description of what happened.
Email supportEmail: administrator@quandamn.com
Business address: P.O. Box 2201, Gonzales, LA
Protect resident information
Do not email passwords, resident records, unredacted reports, precise location evidence, signatures, or inspection photographs unless a support representative provides an approved secure method.
Account access
Use Forgot password? on the mobile sign-in screen to request a password-reset email. If an email-verification message has expired, sign in and request another message from Account & Profile. Organization approval and license assignments are managed separately from the inspector's Firebase sign-in.
Subscriptions and organization licenses
Individual monthly and yearly subscriptions are purchased and managed through the applicable app store. Use Restore purchases in the App if an active purchase is not recognized. An organization-issued mobile license is assigned by the organization and does not appear as an individual app-store purchase.
Read subscription, renewal, and cancellation information.
Reports and inspection records
Before contacting support, keep the local draft or completed inspection on the device and note the inspection identifier, request identifier, and approximate time of the problem. Do not delete or reinstall the App while troubleshooting a locally stored report unless support confirms that it has been safely backed up.
Privacy and account deletion
Review the Privacy Policy for data-handling information. Users can initiate deletion inside the mobile App under Account & Profile → Delete account and personal data. If the App cannot be accessed, use the account and data deletion page.
Support availability
Support requests are reviewed during Quandamn's normal business operations. Safety emergencies, active fires, gas leaks, suspected carbon monoxide exposure, or immediate threats to life should be reported to local emergency services—not through this support page.
